Crazy Crab - The Fountains

Briana served my Mom and I, and we absolutely loved her service!! We had a blast. Bri made us feel welcomed, and special. Her service was amazing that I shouted out in front of the whole restaurant she was the best, and we loved her!!! She gave us hearts back!!! If you eat here, please ask for Briana!!!

Crazy Crab: 2 of my best buds and I tried Crazy Crab on Friday the 13th. But our luck was v v good. The bartender recognized my and with a smile, seated me promptly in a cushioned booth. Brianna explained all menu options from my fav king crab legs at 90/lb to lunch specials starting at 11.99. Oddly, all 3 of us opted for the 19.99 fried ,calamari, shrimp and catfish combo w batter fries. But not before a crispy softshell crab and excellent hushpuppy appetizers. Crazy offered a relaxed, upbeat, feel-at-home atmosphere. A nearby group of 12 seemed equally happy. All in all, we're eager to explore the menu on our next visit. As seasoned chow hounds, we appreciate sound management when we see it. And we saw it everywhere. Attentive, well-trained & menu informed staff. And let's not forget our server Camille who truly sealed the deal, and the kitchen staff whom we never bet. Great job guys. Lunch was EZ. But i suspect an early dinner seating might help to avoid a crowd. Enjoy. Limited parking.

First time experience and we were not disappointed. It started with Ashley who explained the menu followed by a very quick turn on our meals after we ordered. She followed up several times to ensure we had everything we needed throughout the meal...you don’t see this that often with other restaurants. Being from Florida, Crazy Crab is equally if not better than some of the fish restaurants we frequent. The food, price service and atmosphere were perfect for a night out while visiting El Paso.

Dawn was great! Paul the cook made the best sausage and jalapeno fried rice I have ever had! The play list here is crazy good! Takes my wayyyyy back :) Can’t believe this was my first time here! I’ll be back very soon! Thank you!

Fantastic service and awesome food. We were greeted right away and sat. Dawn was our server. She was so friendly and super helpful with being knowledgeable on the menu. A nice place to go as a couple or with family and friends, the food is delicious, for a palate that can tolerate spicy food you can order it very spicy and it is very good. The side dishes are also delicious. The waiter service as well as the manager are excellent. As a starter we ordered calamari, really tasty.

Ashley is a Whole Vibe! I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ashley definitely earned this one. From the moment I sat down, she was engaging, attentive, and on point with everything. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience—never missed a beat, kept the energy positive, and made us feel like VIPs the whole time. She knew the menu like the back of her hand and gave solid recommendations (which were fire, by the way). Drinks came quick, food was hot and fresh, and her timing was perfect—always checking in without hovering. If you're lucky enough to get Ashley as your server, trust me, you’re in good hands. 10/10 would come back just for her!
